5.1. Shipping charges
The following shipping costs apply to light products (eg jewelry):
- For orders shipped to Greece, shipping costs are € 5.
- For orders shipped to the EU shipping costs are € 10.
- For orders with shipping outside Greece and the EU shipping costs are 15 €.
Many of our products are heavy and their shipping costs vary. You can see the cost if you add the product to the cart and:
- go to cart and use the "Calculate Taxes & Shipping" form
- or go to the 4th step of the checkout entitled "Delivery Method".
5.2. Shipping methods
Orders are sent with the private transport company Geniki Taxidromiki the public courier service ELTA Courier or DHL.
All orders are shipped the next business day from the date they are made. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. Orders are not processed, shipped and delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If you are absent at the time of delivery, the distributor will leave a note with the contact details of the company, so that you can arrange to go again at a time that will serve you best.
